After one month not being able to go running I went the day before yesterday. Everything was fine. Like I ran 2,5km and a tad faster than normally. I felt GREAT. Now I went running today and my leg muscle/thingie hurts again :/ The reason why I couldn’t run for a whole month. Hmpf! Hope it’s not as bad as last time, otherwise I might pay a visit to the doctor.
I have the worst sore muscles from gardening…Well at least I know I did something yesterday lol
And I go running now 3 days a week. Kind of abandoned Ripped in 30 and stuff because I like running more nowadays. Oh well! Better than doing nothing I suppose.
Ouhhh I think my booty’s shapeshifting into a rounder booty! Buhbay hanging sack called booty!
Also took measurements today! I’ve lost some centimeters here and there so YAY! Especially my thighs are back to my original measurements. Even though I’ve had a few food orgies this week. Ripped in 30 seems a lot more efficient. Also I weigh more than I ever but it doesn’t matter cause the measurements are less than ever (get it?) haha! All muscles! lol
Anyway! Tomorrow I’m going back to my own little home (was at my parents for the spring break). There it’s easier to eat healthy.
